Calcium chloride dihydrate, powder, extra pure, Pharmpur(r), Ph Eur, BP, USP Application Calcium chloride dihydrate has been used as a calcium supplement for the DMEM (Dulbeccos modified Eagles medium) for use in cell culture studies.[2]It has also been used to prepare the synthetic brine solution.[3] It may be used in the preparation of calcium-alginate beads.[1] Calcium chloride dihydrate may be used in combination with sodium borohydride for the asymmetric reduction of 1-(2,2-dimethyl-4H-1,3-benzodioxin-6-yl)-2-[(1S)-2-hydroxy-1-phenylethylamino]ethanone to form (1R)-1-(2,2-dimethyl-4H-1,3-benzodioxin-6-yl)-2-[(1S)-2-hydroxy-1-phenylethylamino]ethanol کلسیم کلراید به نوان یکی از ماکرو المنت های مورد نیاز در کشت بافت گیاهی و برای تولید بیشتر محیط های کشت یاهی استفاده می شود
